Our school offers Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse Aide training as well as provides other EKG and Phlebotomy clinical related training. We have a rare opportunity for an experienced HHA Training Instructor who will be responsible to instruct & train students in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities: The HHA Instructor is responsible for the delivery of clinical training for Home Health Aide students. Creates a stimulating learning environment that encourages participation, interpersonal skills development, and comprehension of concepts of good patient care. Evaluates and documents student progress through testing, observation, and assessment of skills attained. Timely completion of all student/program related documentation, reports and paperwork along with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must possess a current New York State RN License in good standing, Home Care Experience and valid Certified HHA Training Credential.
